    Diamant Taq DNA polymerase is a 94 KDa thermostable protein isolated from a recombinant E. coli strain bearing the polA gene of the Thermus aquaticus YT1 polymerase.
    The enzyme is highly purified by affinity and anion-exchange chromatography and can be supplied in concentrated form 5 to 500 units/μl upon request.

    2X Blitz Mastermix is a ready-to-use mixture for PCR with increased DNA synthesis accuracy.
    The reagent contains all the necessary components, including thermostable DNA polymerase, dNTPs and buffer optimized for PCR.
    DNA polymerase included in the reagent is a chimeric thermostable protein consisting of Pfu DNA polymerase and the SSO7d DNA-binding domain.
    The DNA-binding domain stabilizes the complex of DNA polymerase with a template, which leads to an increase in the processivity, synthesis rate, accuracy, and stability of the enzyme to the high ionic strength of the solution.
    The reagent has an increased rate of DNA synthesis (up to 4000 bp/min) important for amplification of DNA fragments longer than 10000 bp. The reagent is resistant to inhibitors and can be used in "direct" PCR without preliminary purification of the matrix (resistant to 10% blood in the PCR mixture).

    Proteinase K is a 28.9 kDA serine protease produced by a recombinant strain of Pichia pastoris bearing the proteinase K gene of the fungus Tritirachium album.
    The enzyme has broad substrate specificity for a large number of proteins, carrying out hydrolysis of the polypeptide chain mainly at sites containing nonpolar amino acids.

    Uracil-DNA glycosylase

    Uracil-DNA-glycosylase is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of the N-glycosyl bond between uracil and the sugar residue in single- and double-stranded DNA in the presence of dUTP residues in a DNA chain.
    The enzyme possesses maximal activity at 37 ° C. Uracil-DNA glycosylase is used in the preparation of PCR mixtures to prevent the appearance of false-positive results caused by contamination of the PCR reaction mixture with products of previously performed PCR (amplicons), which are destroyed before amplification.
    The enzyme is not active against RNA and short oligonucleotides. The enzyme inactivated completely during the first cycle of DNA denaturation and does not interfere with the amplification of the products of the current reaction.

    RevM Hot Start Revertase


    RevM Hot Start Revertase RevM Hot Start revertase is a genetically modified reverse transcriptase of Moloney mouse leukemia virus (MMLV), is intended for the synthesis of a complementary DNA strand (cDNA) on a single-stranded RNA template.
    Due to the presence of several mutations in the enzyme possesses inhibited RNase H activity and has increased thermostability.
    The enzyme remains inactive at room temperature. It activates at 50°С and have an optimal working temperature of 55°С. Inactivation occurs after 10 minutes at 80 ° C.
    Compared to wild-type MMLV, reverse transcriptase RevM provides a higher yield of cDNA, allows the amplification of longer fragments (up to 12,000 bp), has improved efficiency when using GC-rich RNA templates, and also has a higher productivity.

    5Х One-Step RT-PCR mastermix is a ready to use universal reagent for the synthesis of cDNA on RNA matrix with the following quantitative and/or qualitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with real time identification of products (RT-PCR).
    Synthesis of cDNA and qPCR assay is carrying out in a one tube.
    The reagent provides reproducible results with high sensitivity (single copies of RNA) in RT-PCR.
    5Х One-Step RT-PCR mastermix contains all the necessary components for PCR assay, including: «warm start» reverse transcriptase, «hot start» thermostable DNA-polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer.
    Due to some genetic modifications MMLV reverse transcriptase has inhibited RNase H activity, improved thermostability and increased performance with GC-rich RNA matrix, resulting in the higher cDNA yield.

    5X Fast Probe qPCR U Mastermix is a ready-to-use reagent for quantitative and qualitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with real-time detection of results (PCR-RT).
    The reagent contains the following components: thermostable hot start DNA polymerase, dNTPs (including dUTP), uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG), PCR optimized buffer.
    The use of inactivated DNA polymerase, which does not possess enzymatic activity under the conditions of preparation of the PCR mixture, leads to an increase in the specificity and sensitivity of the reaction.
    Enzyme activation occurs automatically during the first cycle of DNA denaturation. The presence of dUTP in the reaction mixture leads to the fact that all amplification products will contain uracil.
    In this case, UDG effectively hydrolyzes uracil from single- and double-stranded DNA molecules during the preparation of the reaction, thus preventing the amplification of the products of previous PCR (amplicons), which help to avoids false-positive results.
    UDG is completely inactivated during PCR and does not interfere with the amplification of the products of the current reaction.
