Diamant TaqA polymerase
Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase is a mixture of high-purified recombinant Taq DNA polymerase and a specific aptamer.
Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase does not have enzymatic activity under PCR conditions, which leads to an increase in the specificity and sensitivity of the reaction. TaqA DNA polymerase is stay inactive during the incubating with the substrate for 1 hour at 37 °C. Activation of the enzyme occurs automatically during the first cycle of DNA denaturation.
Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase catalyzes DNA synthesis in the direction from the 5'- to 3'-end of the growing chain. Enzyme does not have detectable corrective 3'-5'-exonuclease activity but it has 5'-3'-exonuclease activity. In addition, Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase has deoxynucleotide transferase activity, which results in the addition of an additional residue of dA to the 3 'end of the PCR product.
Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase provides a high yield of the PCR product using different DNA matrices, and the probability of occurrence of non-specific amplification is minimized. The enzyme allows the amplification of DNA fragments up to 5,000 bp.
Diamant TaqA polymerase in original buffer can be stored at room temperature (25 °C) for 1 month without significant changes in activity and inactivation level.

20 mM TRIS-HCl (pH 8,0), 100 mM KCl, 0,1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 50 % glycerol, 1 % Tween-20.
Storage of Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase is allowed at 25 °C for 30 days and at -20 °C for 2 years.
Transportation of Diamant TaqA DNA polymerase is carried out at ambient temperature, but not above 25 °C (up to 30 days) or at +4 °C for a long time.
